The complex is going to become a new centre from both social and spatial points of view. This new centre will attract visitors with various interests: business, shopping, entertainment and sports. Tower contains the business centre, a high rise with a mixed programme. The stadium building, with an underground shopping mall and sports centre is bringing together the venues for sports events and various public performances. The sculpture of a football player stands in the corner of the complex, at the intersection of traffic routes marking the entrance to the stadium.
